Payroll Analyst
iMultiply are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join the growing payroll team of a well-known, national accountancy practice.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and people-focused environment. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll services, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the ongoing development of the team.The Role Manage the timing and delivery of payrolls for your client portfolio, ensuring all processes meet agreed standards and deadlines. Process payrolls and supervise internal resources, using the Bureau Management System to monitor workflow and compliance. Lead payroll projects and drive efficiencies through identifying and implementing process improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction with services. Collaborate with Managers to identify training needs and support coaching and development across the team. Provide clear day-to-day supervision, offering regular feedback and support to team members. Handle all client payroll correspondence and respond to queries promptly. Monitor and action employee and employer enquiries within agreed timeframes, escalating as required. Lead onboarding and implementation processes for new payroll clients, ensuring a seamless transition. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension setup and administration requirements.
