The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role This Associate Quantity Surveyor role is a key strategic hire, with a clear pathway to Director. The current Director is stepping up into a wider leadership role and is looking for someone with the drive, commercial mindset and leadership qualities to take over his day-to-day responsibilities and help shape the future of the business. As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'd be involved in: Strategic business development - building client relationships, identifying and opening up new sectors.Helping diversify the business away from its healthcare-heavy portfolio (currently 60%) and into new, commercially viable markets.Potentially bringing a fresh network, new ideas, or a different specialism to complement the team.Leadership of a team across various locations (who already work effectively on Teams) - no micromanagement, just a collaborative culture.
