HR Business Partner Birmingham Hybrid working - 2 days office per week Engineering/Construction Client Details PageGroup are excited to partner with this highly successful and rapidly growing organisation for the appointment of a HR Business Partner to partner with the Leadership team and support with their people strategy and scale up. This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2 days in the office, 3 days home per week (Business needs dependent) Description The role of HR Business Partner will work as part of a wider HR team, partnering with a wide range of stakeholders and leadership to support on an exciting scale-up journey in this rapidly growing Engineering/construction business in Birmingham This will include but not limited to: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.Analyse people data to identify trends and recommend solutions.Create recruitment plans to meet resourcing needs, balancing the need to recruit externally with supporting internal mobility, career development and diversity & inclusion goalsDrive the talent & succession reviews within the businessSupport line managers to build team capability through effective L&D interventionsDrive principles of performance management across the business, ensuring robust improvement plansDeliver the annual salary and bonus review process Profile A successful HR Business Partner for this role should have: Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner roleExposure to a similar industrial sector such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics etcGraduate or CIPD Level 5 Job Offer Competitive salary up to £60,000£6,000 car allowanceBonus up to 10%Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
