Specialist Finance Broker Location: City, London - Hybrid Basic salary up to £40K DOE and commission structure with no upper cap. Realistic earnings should be £80K+ PA (Basic and commission) 21 days holiday and bank holidays plus other incentives including CPD budget. The business mainly focuses on bridging and development finance loans of £1M up to £50M thus experience with understanding the profile of development funding is important. We work with all types of specialist property finance and expect the candidate to be able structure different creative solutions for the clients when appropriate. It aims to ensure each project is packaged fully to enable lenders to provide the best possible terms, training will be provided, however a basic understanding of deal packaging is a must.
